[It\u2019s] back to zero, back to square one,\u201d sabi ng mambabatas.<\/p>\n<p>Sa kabila nito\u2019y igagalang naman niya ang anomang prosesong ginagawa ng ICC kahit naniniwala siyang wala silang karapatang makialam at puwersahin ang sinumang mamamayan ng Pilipinas na dumalo sa anumang pagdinig nila at sumagot sa kanilang mga tanong.<\/p>\n<p>Sa isa pang panayam ay inihayag ni Dela Rosa na may mga kumukuwestiyon umano sa timing ng mga inihaing resolution sa Mababang Kapulungan na nag-uudyok sa administrasyong Marcos Jr. na makipagtulungan sa imbestigasyon ng ICC.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBakit ngayon lang \u2018yan nagsipaglabasan itong mga resolution kung kailan nagkakaroon ng gusot between the Speaker of the House (Martin Romualdez) and Vice President (Sara) Duterte and former President (Rodrigo) Duterte?\u201d sabi niya sa The Source sa CNN.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cPara bang the people are thinking that, \u2018Are they going to weaponize the ICC in order to silence the Dutertes?\u2019 \u2018Yon ang nagiging tanong,\u201d dagdag niya.<\/p>\n<p>Noong 2019, ang Pilipinas, sa ilalim ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte, ay umatras sa Rome Statute, ang kasunduan na nagtatag ng ICC, matapos simulan ng tribunal ang isang paunang pagsisiyasat sa drug war ng kanyang administrasyon, na sinundan ng paglulunsad ng isang formal inquiry sa huling bahagi ng taong iyon.<\/p>\n<p>Nagdesisyon ang Korte Suprema noong 2021 na kailangang makipagtulungan ang Pilipinas sa ICC sa kabila ng pag-alis nito sa Rome Statute. <strong>(NINO ACLAN)<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>IPINAHIWATIG ni Sen.
