{"id":3555,"date":"2025-01-09T09:38:29","date_gmt":"2025-01-09T09:38:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/balitangklik.com\/?p=3555"},"modified":"2025-01-09T09:38:29","modified_gmt":"2025-01-09T09:38:29","slug":"pagpapalabas-ng-pelikula-movie-teasers-ng-the-rapists-of-pepsi-paloma-ipinatigil-ng-korte","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/balitangklik.com\/?p=3555","title":{"rendered":"PAGPAPALABAS NG PELIKULA, MOVIE TEASERS NG \u2018THE RAPISTS OF PEPSI PALOMA\u2019 IPINATIGIL NG KORTE"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>\ud83d\udcf7Divina law team<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Inutusan ng Muntinlupa court si director Darryl Yap at kanyang mga kinatawan na tanggalin ang teaser at iba pang materyales ng kanyang pelikulang \u201cThe Rapists of Pepsi Paloma.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Ipinagkaloob ng Muntinlupa Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 205 ang petisyon na writ of habeas data na isinampa noong Lunes ng actor- host na si Vic Sotto, na binanggit at inakusahang nanggahasa sa teaser ng pelikula.<\/p>\n<p>Pinagbawalan ng RTC si Yap na ipamahagi ang lahat ng promotional materials, teasers, at iba pang content ng kanyang pelikula.<\/p>\n<p>Inatasan din siyang alisin ang lahat ng materyales na naipaskil na sa social media gayundin ang pag-share nito.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cMay utos na po ang korte sa writ of habeas data na ito ay lumalabag sa karapatan ng ating kliyente kung kaya\u2019t pansamantala ay grinant ang habeas data,\u201d sabi ni Atty.
