SINAMPAHAN ng P2-M kasong sibil ni Bagong Alyansang Makabayan (Bayan) chairperson Teddy Casi\u00f1o sina Lorraine Badoy-Partosa at Jeffrey Celiz dahil sa ilang taon nang pag-uugnay sa kanya sa terorismo at rebelyon.<\/p>\n

Nauna nang inasunto ng mag-inang sina Carol at Atom Araullo sina Celiz at Badoy-Partoza bunsod din ng pag-red-tagged sa kanila.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis legal action is long overdue. Since 2020, these two characters, aided and abetted by the NTF-ELCAC, have been falsely, maliciously, and repeatedly accusing me of being involved in terrorism, rebellion and other crimes as a supposed high ranking official of the CPP-NPA-NDFP. They have been constantly spewing lies, aspersions, inciting ridicule and hate against me, my family, my fellow activists and our legitimate political beliefs and activities.,\u201d sabi ni Casi\u00f1o sa isang kalatas.<\/p>\n

Nasaksihan aniya sa pagdinig sa Kongreso, kaugnay sa paglabag ng SMNI sa prangkisa nito,ang mga halimbawa ng mga kasinungalingan at maling paratang nina Celiz at Badoy-Partoza.<\/p>\n

\u201cPero wala yan sa kalingkingan ng mga nararanasan ko at iba pang aktibista sa kanilang daily TV show at social media platforms. May punto pang pati ang pag-uwi ko sa aming probinsya ay binigyan ng malisya. Ang mga kasinungalingan at maling paratang ay pini-pick up ng kanilang mga bayarang trolls at fake accounts sa pagkakalat ng hate speech at death threats,\u201d aniya.<\/p>\n

\u201cAs a leftist activist, I have been called many things by my detractors. But to be falsely and repeatedly accused of being a high ranking official of an organization arbitrarily designated by the Anti Terrorism Council (ATC) as a terrorist organization, and accused of orchestrating the death of thousands and the destruction of the country, is just too much. Add to that their false accusations and outright lies attacking me and my family\u2019s reputation and integrity that I have built and protected all these years,\u201d dagdag niya.<\/p>\n

Tahasang sinabi ni Casi\u00f1o na ang ginawa niyang legal na hakbang laban kina Celiz at Badoy-Partoza ay para rin sa kapakanan ng ibang biktima ng araw-araw na biktima ng SMNI at ng NTF-ELCAC.<\/p>\n
