Nanawagan ang Communist Party of the Philippines sa mga karaniwang sundalo sa Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) na huwag manahimik at ilantad ang katiwalian ng kanilang mga pinuno.<\/p>\n
Naniniwala ang CPP na may mga opisyal ng AFP na nakikinabang sa kickbacks mula sa \u201ccorruption-ridden surrender and reintegration drive.”<\/p>\n
Iniulat ng AFP \u00a0na mula Enero 1 hanggang Nobyembre 13 ay umabot na sa 1,631 rebelde at sympathizers ang na-\u201cneutralize.\u201d Pero ayon sa CPP, hindi rebelde ang tunay na target kundi ang pondo.<\/p>\n

\u201cWe can only surmise that a large share of these funds are pocketed by AFP officers\u2026 The bigger the number, the bigger kickbacks for AFP leadership,*\u201d dagdag pa ni Valbuena.<\/p>\n
\u201cAdditionally, AFP officials receive kickbacks from “reward money” earned for killing or capturing supposed high-ranking NPA officers and commanders,\u201d dagdag niya.<\/p>\n
Hindi lang umano sa pekeng \u201csurrender drive\u201d nakikinabang ang AFP leadership.<\/p>\n
Binanggit ng CPP ang kurakot sa imprastruktura, modernization program, National Task Force to End Local Communist Armed Conflict (NTF-ELCAC) projects, amnesty program, at maging sa \u201cunprogrammed budget\u201d na aprubado ni Pangulong Ferdinand \u201cBongbong\u201d Marcos Jr.<\/p>\n
