SINAMPAHAN ni dating Sen. Antonio “Sonny” Trillanes IV ng P 6.6-B plunder case sina dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte at Sen. Christopher Lawrence “Bong” Go sa Department of Justice ngayon Biyernes, 5 Hulyo 2024.
Naging basehan ng reklamo ang pag-award ng mahigit 100 government contracts sa mga kompnayang pagmamay-ari ng ama at kapatid ni Go na nagkakahalaga ng halos P 6.6 bilyon.
“All the elements of plunder are clearly present in this case. Mr. Bong Go, in conspiracy with Mr. Duterte, used his position, authority and influence to corner billions worth of government projects in favor of his father and brother, thus unduly enriching himself and the members of his immediate family. The evidence presented in the complaint is compelling and warrants a plunder charge,” sabi ni Trillanes.
Aniya, ang CLTG Builders, pagmamay-ari ni Desiderio Lim, ama ni Go ay nabigyan ng 125 road widening projects mula Marso hanggang Mayo 2018 na nagkakahalaga ng P4.89 bilyon.
Lahat aniya ng mga proyekto ay sa Davao City o mga lugar sa Davao region.
Habang noong 2017 ay nasungkit ng CLTG Builders ang P3.2 bilyong halaga ng 27 projects at ang pinakamalaki ay mula P177 milyon hanggang P252 milyon.
Giit niya ang CLTG ay ang inisyal ng buong pangalan ni Go, Christopher Lawrence Tesoro Go.
Habang ang Alfredo Builders, pagmamay-ari ng half-brother ni Go na si Alfredo Amero Go ay nakorner ang 59 projects mula HUnyo 2007 hanggang Hulyo 2018 na sa kabuuan ay may halagang P1.74 bilyon.
Malaking bahagi aniya ng mga proyekto, halagang P1.3 bilyon ay nakuha sa panahong nakaluklok na sa Malacanang si Duterte , ang pinakamalalaki ay mula P93 milyon hanggang P181 milyon.
Gaya ng CLTG Builders, ang mga proyekto ng Alfrego ay sa Davao City o sa Davao region din na karamihan ay road widening o concreting projects.
Ayon kay Trillanes, ang suma total ng mga proyektong nakopo ng CLTG at Alfrego ay P6.6 bilyon , ang P5.1 bilyon ay sa unang dalawang taon ng administrasyong Duterte at ang P1.5 bilyon ay noong mayor ng Davao City ang dating Pangulo.
Kinasuhan ni Trillanes sina Duterte at Go ng paglabag sa Republic Act No. 7080 (The Anti-Plunder Act), Republic Act No. 3019 (The Anti-Graft and Corrupt Practices Act), at Republic Act No. 6713 (The Code of Conduct and Ethical Standards for Public Officials and Employees).
“During Duterte’s time, he and his cohorts used their power and influence to plunder government coffers. Now is the perfect time to make them accountable. This is just the beginning, there are more cases to file against them,” ani Trilanes. (ROSE NOVENARIO)
