Police Col. Royina Garma at Kerwin Espinosa, ayon kay dating Bayan Muna Rep. Neri Colmenares.

“The people’s demand was for Marcos to submit Garma and Espinosa’s statement to the ICC but Executive Sec. Lucas Bersamin avoided answering the demand,” ani Colmenares.

“The Philippines will not return to the ICC. Based on this, the president is not expected to change his mind and now refer the [quad committee] matter to the ICC,” giit ni Bersamin.

“As it is, it would be better if the Philippines rejoin the ICC in lieau of the drug war killings but if the Marcos administration would just submit the affidavits of Garma and Espinosa to the ICC then it would be good enough for now,” aniya.

“The DOJ should also charge General Bato dela Rosa for grave coercion or grave threats for his trumped up cases filed against Sen. Leila de Lima using the drug war as a cover as per the testimony of Kerwin.Espinosa,” ani Colmenares.

Bong Go. (ROSE NOVENARIO)
