Itinanggi ni Vice President Sara Duterte na pinagbantaan niya ang buhay ni Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos Jr.

“I did not make an assassination threat to the President. Sila lang nagsasabi nyan. Silang nagsasabi may assassination. May assassin, may gunman. I did not say that,” sabi niya nang tanungin hinggil sa unang article of impeachment laban sa kanya na assassination threat umano niya sa Pangulo, kay First Lady Liza Araneta-Marcos, at House Speaker Martin Romualdez.

“This country is going to hell because we are led by a person who doesn’t know how to be a president and who is a liar.

Don’t worry about my safety. I have talked to a person and I said, if I get killed, go kill BBM [Marcos], [First Lady] Liza Araneta, and [Speaker] Martin Romualdez. No joke. No joke.

I said, do not stop until you kill them and he said yes,” aniya.

“Any and all threats against the life of the president shall be validated and considered a matter of national security,” ani Ano sa isang kalatas.

(ROSE NOVENARIO)
