Slightly bad trip pero mahinahon pa ring pinakiusapan ni direk Cathy Garcia-Sampana ang mga nakikiusyo sa shooting ng Hello Love Again sa isang residential area sa Calgary, Canada.
In her working clothes, hinarap ni Cathy ang obyus na mga kapwa Pinoy fans who milled around the area.
Aware ang lady director na hindi sanay ang mga tagaroon “na nadi-disturb ang peace and quiet” sa kanilang lugar.
Dahil doon ay posible raw silang ireklamo: “And if they do that, they (authorities) will make us stop the shoot, and I don’t want that to happen. At pag nangyari ‘yon, wala kayong pelikulang mapapanood.”
To resolve, Cathy issued a directive: “Let’s meet halfway. Puwede ba, I don’t want to see you go out on the streets (across the house kung saan nagsu-shoot) because these are the only two houses that allowed us to shoot here.”
Mukha namang naunawaan ng mga UZI ang gustong mangyari ni direk.
May dahilan din daw why Cathy did not allow her stars to come out of the house to greet the bystanders: “I’m shooting emotional scenes. After the take, they can come out to see all of you.”
Hello Love Again is the sequel to the highly successful Hello Love Goodbye shown five years ago.
It follows the story of Joy and Ethan (played by Kathryn Bernardo and Alden Richards, respectively), both OFWs, who crossed paths in Hongkong.
Showing on November 16, HLA is hoped to duplicate, if not surpass the mammoth success of HLG at the tills.
